Art in Bloom: An Exclusive MFA Experience for Garden Club Members

  • Museum of Fine Arts, Boston (MFA) 465 Huntington Avenue Boston, MA, 02115 United States (map)

Join The FSP Garden Club for a cultivated dialogue between art and nature with our privately guided tour at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.

Curated and led by Jane Wiseman, South End resident with a distinguished 25-year tenure as a tour guide at the MFA, we'll explore the enduring relationship between gardens and artistic expression, tracing how painters, sculptors and designers have drawn inspiration from the natural world.

We will conclude our tour at the New American Cafe located in the MFA--offering members a chance to relax and chat over a glass of wine.

Meet Anj: FTSP Garden Club Creator and Member

Hi, I’m Anjali Iyengar and I lead beautification and gardening efforts at Titus Sparrow Park.

As a 13-year South End resident, this park has become an extension of my home – a place where my kids learned how to scoot and go sledding each winter, and where they meet their classmates every weekend.

I strongly believe that our green spaces are for everyone and that small improvements can make a big difference. While I consider myself an amateur gardener, tending TSP has taught me that participation and showing up are more meaningful than creating perfection.
