Titus Sparrow Park Summer Concert Series: Akrobatik (Indie Rap/Hip Hop)

Every Wednesday evening from June to August, neighbors gather on the lawn to enjoy free live music, family-friendly activities, and a vibrant community atmosphere. Check out the event details below! Pre-show activities start at 5:30pm and music starts at 6:15pm.

About the Artist

Akrobatik is a Boston-based indie rapper and member of The Perceptionists who currently teaches hip hop studies at UMass Honors College.

Pre-Show Activity at 5:30 PM: Boston Police Department’s ice cream truck

Enjoy a sweet treat and stop by and meet members of the Boston Police Department as they visit the park with their ice cream truck.

Pre-Show Activity at 5:30 PM: Boston Music Project Instrument Petting Zoo

Join the Boston Music Project for a kid-friendly Instrument Petting Zoo before the concert. Children of all ages can explore real musical instruments with guidance from experienced teaching artists. Come early and let the kids discover their inner musician!

Bring a Blanket & Picnic!

The lawn fills up quickly—bring a blanket or chair, grab takeout from one of the many great local restaurants nearby, and settle in for an evening of live music.
