The Tennis court

CHILDREN'S TENNIS LESSONS in 2010
Wednesdays 9am-noon
July 7 - August 11
9am ages 3-4; 10am ages 5-6; 11am ages 7-8
free, no registration necessary!

We are pleased to announce that Tenacity Instructors are coming to the court at Titus Sparrow Park to teach the classes this year, using the innovative QuickStart Tennis format.

This method is designed to build the children's enjoyment of the game, while developing and refining their tennis skills more quickly and efficiently. Check out www.tenacity.org/summer_overview.php for more information about Tenacity's Youth Summer Programs for children ages 6-16.

Court Rules:


  1. Court is open from 8:00am to 9:00pm for tennis play only.
  2. With respect for neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum.
  3. No pets on court at any time.
  4. Help keep the court clean. Use the trash recepticals.
  5. Court time limited to one hour for practice or play.
  6. Classes with Parks Department Permits take priority.
